Originally a maintenance facility for the St. Louis Public Service Co. (street cars) the property is now being redeveloped to accommodate Raben Tire and Goedecke. The original 35,000 square foot maintenance facility fronting Taylor Avenue will be rehabbed and expanded with new concrete tilt-up to become a 94,558 office warehouse building and the existing two story 8,000 square foot office building will be rehabbed for Goedecke. Goedecke will occupy a total of 62,558 square feet while Raben Tire will occupy 40,000 square feet. The redevelopment project is LEED Registered and tracking for Silver.
